Most of the time, I use the invitation that I get to make the card. I usually stay within the themes colors as well and try to make it into something that the birthday girl can keep for years to come.
I used kraft paper as the base card, then used some paper from Paper Trey Ink (the orange polka dot one) and used the Die-namics Stitched Jumbo Fishtail Banner STAX dies from My Favorite Things to cut out the banners.
